  One problem after another. No care was taken when reinstalling furniture resulting in broken beds and washing machine. Overpriced and terrible customer service. I do NOT recommend.

  Both myself, family and friends have had a number of moves over the past 5 years. During this time we have always used Josh and his team from Kent Removals Canberra. Having received the level of service that we did from Josh I believed that other companies would show me and my furniture the same level of respect. How Wrong could I have been!!

  I would highly recommend Kent Removals & Storage for your removal needs. The team at Kent are very professional. On the day of removal the guys were on time, the furniture was packed with extreme care and was delivered without any damage, even though it had to travel on dirt road for part of the way. The delivery boys were very friendly, worked hard and were able to effect an interstate move in one day. Check them out! You won't be disappointed.

  I just relocated interstate and unfortunately Josh was unable to do this move for reasons beyond his co from. I used another company and it was a disaster from start to finish. For the first time I have damaged furniture. My new white lounge was not covered as I know Josh always did in plastic and now has grease and rub marks on it other items damaged also due to incorrect packing. Kent Removals and storage dismantle and reassemble beds as part of their service. Apparently the "Cowboys" from this other company do not do this and advised this is generally an additional cost.

  DO NOT USE! I had the worst experience dealing with Kent. So much of my stuff arrived broken, the staff were highly unprofessional, used poor language, smoked near my property, had a loud speaker playing music at 8am, and used the time to also charge their own car batteries. In addition to these reasons, I had another incident which I cannot comment further on at this time.
